The project involves the construction of a residential building of 30 apartment units in the city of Savigny-sur-Orge at the southern suburb of Paris.

The site is located at a junction of two main roads.

The implementation of the project on the site stems from

the design approach was focused on two main axes:

1. Create an urban articulation to express and reinforce the pivotal role of the project at the neighborhood scale.

2. Preserve the authentic and green character of the existing plot to make it a central element in the architectural composition for the benefit of local residents and the city.

The project is organized into two distinct buildings connected by a walkway and a central garden open to the city, a composition that maximises views and provides green outdoor spaces for the residents.

The two buildings, as well as a part of the garden, are set on a common parking platform, which is accessed from the lower part of the site, while the main pedestrian entrance is located at top part of the site.​​
